In each class a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism is explained. The classes are self-contained so you can drop in any week. There is no need to book or bring anything. Classes begin with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching and a second guided meditation based on the topic. There is also an opportunity for discussion, followed by refreshments. Class fee $14.
No meditation experience is necessary, the classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators, and everyone is welcome.

During this five week course we will learn how to identify and remove the causes of anxiety and worry, and enjoy a more balanced and happy life.
HOW TO TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE
If we wish to lead the happy life we long for, we must learn how to transform our mind. Modern Buddhism presents the meditation and positive thinking techniques we need to achieve this. During this 4 week course we will learn the methods that free us from negative emotions, making joy and happiness our everyday reality.
