Fullarton
Come and join us on Wednesday nights for meditation classes at the Fullarton Park Centre, 411 Fullarton Road. There is plenty of parking available in the grounds. (See below for travel details).
The Meditation classes start at 7.30pm and finish at 9pm, with refreshments available, and consist of a guided meditation, a talk by the teacher and discussion time. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early so that you can enjoy a cuppa, relax and calm the mind before the meditation class begins.
Each talk is a part of a series and yet self-contained. You can drop into the series anytime and still feel that you have something worthwhile to take home with you. There is a facility fee of $12 to pay for expenses.
Experience
No meditation experience is necessary, the classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators, and everyone is welcome. Chairs are provided - of course you can sit on the floor if you wish, but best bring a cushion.

The Fullarton Park Centre is located at 411 Fullarton Rd in Fullarton south-east of the city centre.
It is located in between Glen Osmond Rd and Cross Rd and is easily accessed via Bus Route 171 or 145. Visit the Metro Journey Planner to plot your route.

Finding the room

The Fullarton Park Centre has a number of rooms. The room we use is the Parkview Room. If you're facing the front of the building it's on the left hand side, about halfway down. There are little posters up on the walls with arrows pointing the way too.
