FULLARTON

In each class a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism is explained. The classes are self-contained so you can drop in any week. There is no need to book or bring anything. Classes begin with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching and a second guided meditation based on the topic. There is also an opportunity for discussion, followed by refreshments. Class fee $14.

No meditation experience is necessary, the classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators, and everyone is welcome.

MAKING LIFE SIMPLE
This class will explore how we can learn to simplify our life by creating a shift in attitude that will enable us to face the demands of our life with new found clarity and confidence.
 
LEARN TO MEDITATE
Happiness depends upon the mind. Learn to meditate and discover how a peaceful mind can change your life.
 
HABITS OF HAPPY PEOPLE
Happiness is something that each one of us has the potential to experience, but often our habitual ways of thinking take us in the opposite direction. This engaging 4-week mindfulness series will teach critical lessons about some of the habits of happy people that will enrich your life’s experience.
 
FINDING STILLNESS WITHIN
Through training in mindfulness and concentration we can gain control of our mind and improve the quality of our life by overcoming harmful states of mind and find stillness and peace within
 
THE ART OF ACCEPTANCE
When things go wrong in our life and we encounter difficult situations we tend to regard the situation itself as the problem. But if we learn to maintain a peaceful mind, we can be happy all the time regardless of our circumstances.
 
REALISE YOUR POTENTIAL
Learn how we can start to recognize and eventually realize the potential for love, compassion and wisdom inside our hearts so that we can improve our self as a person, develop authentic confidence and benefit to others.
 
FREEDOM FROM WITHIN
