HAPPINESS: How to Understand the Mind | 16 SEP

A meditation day coures with Buddhist nun Kelsang Luma.

Happiness and suffering are feelings – parts of our mind – and so their main causes are not to be found outside the mind.

On this day course we will gain a deep insight into our mind, and discover how an understanding of its nature and functions can be used practically in everyday experience to improve our lives. Learn how to recognize and abandon states of mind that harm us, replace them with peaceful and beneficial ones, and make happiness your everyday reality.


The teacher of this course will Kelsang Luma. Luma is a well loved for her humility as well as her energy and joy in sharing Buddha’s instructions. Her practical and uplifting teachings make meditation and modern Buddhism accessible to all, enabling people from all walks of life to solve their daily problems through developing inner peace.
